Midtown is a fully furnished Student, Professional, and Intern Living Facility located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta
(Atlantic Station area).

Residents of The Manor range from researchers at GTRI (Georgia Tech Research Institute) and students at Georgia Tech, Georgia State University, and Emory to coops and interns at the
many Fortune 500 companies located in the Atlanta area.
The Manor is located 1 block from Atlantic Station, the newest and biggest live-work-play shopping district in Atlanta (www.AtlanticStation.com and Atlantic Station Visitor's Guide).
The house is also less than 1 mile from the Midtown Marta and Arts Center Marta stations and a 2 block walk to the Atlantic Station Free Shuttle Bus, which goes straight to the Arts Center Marta station (3-min ride). In addition, the

The Manor at Midtown is a fully furnished house that rents for
$475 - $525/month per bedroom for 3 month stays or more.
The rent is $575 - $625/month per bedroom for durations less than
3 months. There
is a $99 per month all-inclusive utilities fee for
each tenant. The rent and utilities fee
includes all utilities, kitchenware, clothes washer and dryer, wireless internet access, premium cable T.V. (including Video on Demand,
HBO, Cinemax, ShowTime, The Movie Channel, and STARZ), and more. All common areas in the house are also fully furnished,
including 32" televisions and DVD players. A refundable security deposit equal to one
month's rent is required for all rooms.

to reserve each room (once a tenant moves in, this fee will be applied as a refundable
security deposit).
